The golf cart is electric. Do not run the battery down past 50% charge; this should equate to about 8-10 miles worth of driving. After plugging in, wait until the indicator light is a solid ‘green’ before using it again. Please plug it up and charge it after each use and prior to checkout. The plug is located on the second row of the golf cart.
Any trash needs to be out Monday evening for Tuesday morning pick-up. The pick-up comes as early as 5 am Tuesday, so take it to the street Monday evening.
Each room has a TV with a matching remote. The bunk room has four TVs with matching remotes for each bunk. However, the power button is universal and will work on all of them. Make sure that when adjusting your TV, you hold the remote very close to the eye at the bottom. All TVs are Smart TVs, and you can use your own app logins to access your accounts. Make sure you log out of any personal accounts before you leave.
Check-in is at 4 pm, and Check-out is at 10 am. Our management company, Pristine Properties, will send you the code to the house before check-in.
The nearest corner store is The Mill Mercantile Social, located in the main community center, either a short drive or a golf cart ride. They carry pantry staples, wine, beer, and liquors. Located at 105 Good Morning St.
For more traditional grocery needs, you have two options. The DG Market is located at 550 W HWY 98, Ave. D and the Piggly Wiggly is located at 125 US 98. Both are approx. a 5-10min drive.
Our home is dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs (up to two) that are under 25 lbs each. No other pets (cats, birds, reptiles, etc. are allowed). Please keep wet, sandy, dirty dogs off the furniture.
The water can vary daily and hour to hour, as with any part of the Gulf. Located just outside of the mouth of St. Joseph’s Bay, Shell Yeah benefits from the warmer waters of the Bay and the flowing currents of the Gulf. We have found our waters to remain mostly clear.
This area is known for excellent offshore and inshore fishing. The location leads to lots of fish who find protection in The Bay, away from larger predators who will not enter shallower waters. There are also several fishing carters located around the area for boat rentals or deep-sea fishing excursions.
Shell Yeah has peek-a-boo views of the Gulf. Ocean sounds can be heard from the back deck depending on the size of the waves. The main view from the back of the home is of natural dunes and marshland, allowing for privacy from the golf cart path along the shoreline.
The Forgotten Coast is known for perfect weather year-round.

Shell Yeah has four bedrooms, two full baths, and one outdoor shower. There is a king, queen, and full bed, and the bunk room has four twin beds. The living room sofa also has a sleeper sofa.
Shell Yeah is a 3-minute golf cart ride to the closest beach entrance. The boardwalk access is located two houses down and is a 5-10 min walk to the closest beach access. Windmark Beach offers several boardwalk beach accesses throughout the community, which are all accessible. The Windmark North Pool is located at the end of our street, a 2 min. golfcart ride or 5-10 min. walk. You can also access the other pool, which is located in the main community center, a 2-mile golf cart ride or 3 min. drive.
Shell Yeah is located in the Eastern Time Zone. However, the Central Time Zone starts about 5 miles away, heading towards Mexico Beach.
